And I almost forgot to post this

I’m not dead!

Sorry for going MIA. I haven’t even been busy, I’ve just hit the point in the year that I just don’t want to do anything over what is exactly required, #febuaery. So, I’ll give you the super bare bones rundown because I am in fact writing this at 8 AM in a music production lab.

But there was a lot of interesting things that have happened to me. I went to see Richard III at Navy Pier. We did sit near a lady who was a piece of work. She kept claiming that we couldn’t take photos in the theater even though it was intermission/before the show. The reasoning there were actors walking around (idk, think “exploring the space”) and despite the lack of posted signage telling us this, it put a damper on an otherwise fun show.

Volunteering at the Swedish American museum in Andersonville, which is right across a delish Middle Eastern bakery.

I’m also going to a lunar new year event tonight, after my shift volunteering. So, looking forward to that!

I also (kind of) finished my fish sweater! Like, technically I could wear it right now, unfortunately, I did mess up a middle section so I’m going to have to do some thinking on how to fix that, you can’t see it but I’m shrugging.

And despite this being a week and a half overdue, I have basically nothing else to report?

I do need someone with more time/knowledge about this matter, to figure out the connections in calling the paper thing a “cootie catcher” vs a “fortune teller” because it has been consuming me the past week. Is it regional? Generational? The internet has come up with nothing.

I’ll write soon???
