Hey.....

Hello y’all, even though my last post semi-promised that I wouldn't disappear for another long period of time, it happened again. As per a discussion I had with my friend Anjali, the weeks are long, the semester is short. Which means I’m a week out from spring break and still feel like I can physically feel minutes pass in seconds. 

Onto the bigger updates; housing! Yep, that right my next roommate (roommate reveal) Sydney has been blessed with a great housing lottery number, (Which I won't dare publish on the internet incase someone puts a hit on her for it) so although I don't know exactly where we will be living, it will be nice. 

Aside from that I have my “midterms” coming up, which for a comm major means all open-note take home tests. Yippie! I will say though I gave up caffeine for lent and even though I didn't depend super heavily on it ever lord knows i am my mothers child and would love a diet coke. 

In anticipation of an already short post I did something fun today, the Lincoln Park Conservatory flower exhibition “Sweet Gnome Chicago”’, so if you want the opportunity to see some nice flowers and see probably 300 gnomes, get signed up today! 

In a conversation taken from the family group chat, (and probably previously mentioned in the blog), the way I view time has changed so much since moving to Chicago. Like I genuinely a half hour in Chicago is equal to 5 minutes in EL. I rejoice if the train is less than 5 minutes away and if the commute is under 45 minutes? Sign me up!

Well, tbh I’m tuckered outtttt. So I’ll probably post this and then dip for an undetermined amount of time again? I genuinely haven't had a whole lot of time to sit, write, and upload so we’ll see if that changes?
